Additions:
- added the PlayerPerks ScritableObject to allow for the creation of perks
Changes:
- Updated Passive Manager to handle all of the passive items.
- added links to the weapons to allow them to have there fire rate and damage modified by player abilities.
- added links to the player health to all for health regen & increase from player abilities.
- added links to the player movement to allow for player abilities to alter the movement speed.
- added links to the XP & Coin pickups so they can be altered with the players abilities.
Removed features / Replaced features:

Thoughts:
the game is starting to really come together now with more done than needs doing, with the completion of the perks and passives all that is needed now to work on the upgrade system is weapon levels which should not be too difficult to do. then after that is done i can start to work on the menus of the game then it will be at a point where all of the key features are in the game
